1 - How long does shipping take?
All orders shipped within the United States will be processed in 24-48 hours and will be shipped via USPS Priority Shipping, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery- this is in addition to the processing time. While most orders process in 24-48 hours, some orders take up to 5-7 days to process because of limited order quantity. Those products will be clearly noted in the product description: if there is no notation, that product can be shipped out in 24-48 hours. 

2 - Do you accept returns?
We will accept returns for defective merchandise only. We must hear from you within 3 days of receipt in order to honor a defective return request. If you receive your item and feel it is defective, please email us at info@lovealwaysannemarie.com for further discussion.

3 - Why do you only accept PayPal?
Paypal is a very secure and convenient way for customers to make purchases. You do not have to be a Paypal member to checkout. All major credit cards are accepted through paypal. We use their convenient service as extra protection for our customers.

4 - How do I talk to someone about having a custom piece made?
Email us at info@lovealwaysannemarie.com and we will assign you a designer to communicate with you about the custom project.

5 - Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship to customers in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, at this time, we are not set up to ship outside these three countries; however, we would be happy to make special arrangements. If you email us your address and what products you would like to purchase, at info@lovealwaysannemarie, we would be happy to accommodate your request(s) to the best of our ability.

6 - How do I find out about promotional codes and sales?
The best way to learn about all our sales and promotions would be to become a fan on Facebook. We post all codes, sales, and updates on our page.
