Love Always, Anne Marie is a company that was founded to help women discover their inner beauty and help them to exude confidence. We do this by providing affordable, trendy accessories. Specifically, we specialize in wedding and special occasion hair accessories, jewelry and other bridal accents. These pieces are collected from across the world and are available at affordable prices. We also offer our customers the ability to work with an in-house designer to custom make a piece just for them. We know that a women’s wedding day is one of the most important days of her life and we want to help them feel beautiful and unique on that special day. Love Always is dedicated to spreading love among our customers and our community. A few times a year we hold charity events that sponsor women based organizations to raise money for important causes.

Shipping Information

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and The United Kingdom.

Shipping in The USA:

All orders shipped within the United States will be processed in 24-48 hours and will be shipped via USPS Priority Shipping, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery- this is in addition to the processing time. While most orders process in 24-48 hours, some orders take up to 5-7 days to process because of limited order quantity. Those products will be clearly noted in the product description: if there is no notation, that product can be shipped out in 24-48 hours. Each order is a flat rate of $6.00 for shipping anywhere in the United States. During free shipping promotions, shipping costs are waived for eligible orders only. See individual promotional details for specification.

Orders over $100 that are being shipped within the United States automatically qualify for free shipping and shipping is automatically waived. No promotion code is needed in this instance.

Please be aware that the transit days are based on 5 working days and do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

International Shipping:

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Canada, and/or Australia are sent via USPS First Class mail. Please note: internationally shipped orders will not be issued a tracking number and will be charged a flat rate. Orders shipped to Canada are a flat rate of $12.00, orders shipped to The United Kingdom are a flat rate of $18.00, and those to Australia are a flat rate of $20 per order. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery to international destinations. All orders are sold in US Dollars.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lost shipments, returned shipments, or damages occuring due to the shipping company. Those claims must be filed with the shipping company.

Personalized or Engraved Purchases Shipping:

We ship all engravable gift orders within 2-3 business days. Please allow 6-8 business days for shipping of engraved purchases. If shipping to Canada, Australia, or The United Kingdom, please allow an extra 7-14 business days on top of the 6-8 business days.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Love Always, Anne Marie will honor returns and/or exchanges for defective items only. If you feel your item is defective, please email us within 3 days of receipt of your purchase, at info@lovealwaysannemarie.com. Please include order details and our customer service department will provide instructions on returning the product for inspection and potential refund or exchange of product. The shipping cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. If you item is deemed defective, we will send a replacement for the same product. If that product is not available, a full refund for the original product and original shipping will be issued.

We do not accept exchanges or returns for items ordered. Merchandise is non-returnable unless received defective and reported to us within 3 days of receipt.
